A unique type of yoga helps children with special needs improve their kinetics as well as their sensory / cognitive skills. Special therapists, physicians and psychologists who have also received a yoga diploma combine the two fields to create a new kind of lesson that addresses these particular situations, embraces their diversity and helps them to benefit from the gift of yoga.
Breathing, communication with our body and through it, and with those around us, the achievement of goals and, of course, the well-being and physical satisfaction that bring all this is now a part of the life of these children, but also of their parents who find that their children are more calm, more communicative, more open to the world. In some cases, the lessons are for the whole family, so that the positive experience of yoga can be combined in the eyes of children with the reassuring symbol of security and love that their parents are for them. Although this therapeutic yoga involves exercises that improve their sensory, cognitive, kinetic and brain abilities, children do not feel they are cured, but they play – there is a more beautiful way to learn to overcome any obstacles on their way;
